Sage wands or “smudge sticks” have been used for thousands of years for spiritual practices of native Americans, greeks and romans. Spiritually, sage is used to bring peace, combat stress and create a calming environment. We include beeswax in our wands because burning beeswax produces negative ions which combat allergens, bacteria, dander and mold in the air. Plus they smell great!

To use: light end on fire. Let burn for 10-20 seconds. Gently blow out and let smoke waft through your well ventilated space, self or item. To extinguish, tap into dirt, sand or fire proof vessel until no longer smoking.
